Important: How COVID-19 is affecting delivery to our customers in Canada

Our company is doing everything possible to ensure your supply of beneficial insects and bumblebees are not interrupted as the world deals with the on-going coronavirus pandemic. Please read our statement here on how shipments may be affected during these unprecedented times.

Important: Koppert COVID-19 Update

Due to recent developments relating to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, we feel it is important to keep you updated on how we are managing the situation in Koppert Canada.

We have taken all the necessary steps to ensure the well-being of our employees and to continue to serve you as a customer, as you have come to expect.

Our natural solutions for horticulture and agriculture are of crucial importance for the food chain. Without natural enemies, bumblebees and beneficial micro-organisms growers would not be able to produce healthy fruit and vegetables.

Our priority is to ensure that product deliveries can continue. We are doing our utmost to make sure that we can continue to distribute our products to all destinations worldwide.

We have asked as many of our employees as possible to work from home. In this way, we live up to our responsibility to minimize the spread of the virus, while ensuring the business continuity that supports and enables our customers worldwide.

Since we are also concerned about our customers’ health, we will limit on-site visits in the coming period as much as possible. Our consultants will contact you by phone or email on a regular basis.

We are all in uncharted territory, and it is important that we show solidarity and stand by each other in this difficult time. Keep safe and take care of yourself and each other: we are family.
