Order Lead Times
- If product is not in stock, orders received by Wednesday 3pm EST will be shipped the following Monday by overnight courier.
- If product is in stock it will normally be shipped within 24 - 48 hrs. We do not ship on Fridays.
Shipment & Storage Information
- All Ontario & Quebec shipments are made by Ground courier for next day delivery where possible. A $35.00 courier fee (flat rate) will be added to each order irrespective of the quantity of products ordered.
- Shipments to other provinces are made by Air courier for next day delivery where possible. A $50.00 courier fee (flat rate) will be added to each order irrespective of the quantity of products ordered.
- All products are shipped in Styrofoam coolers with high quality ice packs to protect product viability.
- Beneficial insects have a very short life expectancy and therefore need to be introduced into the crop as soon as possible after receipt. Storing them for a period can have a negative impact on their quality and is only possible under the conditions listed on the packaging/container for each product or expiration date (where applicable) . Koppert Canada is not liable for any loss of quality if the product is stored for longer than recommended and/or under incorrect conditions.
- Payment can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or invoiced to pre-approved accounts.
- Payment is due on receipt of invoice or, as agreed on pre-approved accounts.

- No returns accepted.
- All Koppert products are guaranteed to arrive at your location alive or in a saleable condition.
- All complaints must be reported to Koppert Canada within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
